These terms apply to AdaFlow website use, customer-service communications, and operational messaging workflows. By using AdaFlow services or opting in to receive messages, you agree to these terms.
Service Use
AdaFlow provides operational automation, communication support, and approval-gated workflow tools for small businesses. Services may include intake support, customer-service draft preparation, operational reminders, and related business workflow assistance.
SMS Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive operational and customer-service SMS messages from AdaFlow about your inquiry, appointments, follow-ups, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- SMS messages are intended for customer-service and operational purposes, not unrelated marketing.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or contact AdaFlow.
- AdaFlow does not sell phone numbers, mobile opt-in data, text message consent, or SMS consent information.
- AdaFlow does not share mobile opt-in data, text message consent, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services unless messaging is necessary to provide the requested operational service.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact information, use AdaFlow services lawfully, and avoid submitting unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or spam-related content.
Approval-Gated Communications
AdaFlow may prepare message drafts, summaries, or workflow records for human review. AdaFlow does not guarantee that a draft will be sent, delivered, or accepted by a recipient, carrier, or third-party platform.
Changes
AdaFlow may update these terms from time to time. The updated date on this page shows when the current version took effect.
