SMS Opt-In

AdaFlow sends operational and customer-service text messages only to people who opt in. Messages may include responses to user-submitted inquiries, appointment coordination, follow-up questions, and service updates.
How to opt in
End users opt in by submitting the AdaFlow contact form at https://adaflow.io/#contact. The form includes a clearly visible SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and must be selected by the user before AdaFlow sends SMS messages.
Message Details
- Message frequency varies based on account activity and service requests.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe from AdaFlow text messages.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact sparrow@adaflow.io.
Consent
By selecting the SMS consent checkbox and submitting the contact form, you consent to receive operational and customer-service SMS messages from AdaFlow. Consent can be revoked at any time by replying STOP.
Privacy
AdaFlow does not sell phone numbers, mobile opt-in data, text message consent, or SMS consent information. AdaFlow does not share mobile opt-in data, text message consent, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
